manufacturing and conducts multiple product quality tests to ensure that all
products exceed our and your requirements.
We make every effort to maintain the highest level of
quality in our products on an ongoing basis. Because of our commitment to the
highest quality, we provide a product warranty on our products.
If one of our products does not meet your requirements
in terms of material or workmanship, you as a customer can have the defective
product exchanged or repaired.
The following conditions apply to the exchange:
- Contact the Bindomatic representative where you
purchased the product and explain your reason for complaint before returning
the product so that we can open an appropriate case.
- If possible, return the product in its original
packaging.
- Exchanges will be made after viewing the claimed
product and verifying receipt of payment.
- A product claim must be made within two (2) weeks of
receipt of the product.
Return policy for Bindomatic binding machines
The respective warranty conditions for Bindomatic binding machines are enclosed
with the equipment in written form. You can request a copy of the warranty
conditions from your Bindomatic representative.
