Return Policy for Thermal Binding Covers
Bindomatic adhere to strict worldwide manufacturing standards and include multiple inspections to ensure that all products – binding systems and binding covers alike – surpass customer expectations. We strive to continuously produce the highest quality product possible.
Because of our commitment to highest standards, we have a Product Guarantee on our covers. If any of our covers are found to be defective in either materials or workmanship, the customer may be entitled to return the defective product for replacement, subject to the following conditions:
- Contact the Bindomatic representative from whom you purchased the covers and present the claim prior to any return shipment of goods.
- All returns in the original packaging.
- Replacement is subject to return merchandise inspection and verification of credit.
- Any claim for defective document covers must be made within three (3) months of the receiving date.

For Bindomatic document binding systems, each of their warranty terms are spelled out in writing and accompanies each binder and is also available upon request by the local Bindomatic representative.
