How to Order or Request a Quote for thermal binding covers and machines

If you are ready to place an order you may contact any of our Sales Offices or local country Distributors directly - your find their contact details here. If you do not find a representative for your market / country on the list, you may contact us here and we will make sure that a representative of Bindomatic will shortly be in contact to support you. Order process and product range (may) vary from country to country which is why terms would be arranged / decided between the specific representative on your market and yourself.

If you are looking to understand prices and product availability prior to placing an order you can also be very specific and contact us with a request to quote you a defined list of products. Please see below step-by-step instruction for how to use our "shopping" cart. Note that the set-up of cart on this website does NOT involve placing orders, nor any credit card transactions or committment to purchase. The function of the cart is to provide us with an understanding of what product/s you are interested in, so that we may return to you with a full and qualitative response.

Once you have sent a request for quote you will be contacted as soon as possible with quote details and further instructions on how to actually place an order in your country.

Load your Cart with products for which you wish to receive a quote 

  1. Click on the Product tab button to access and view the product categories Covers, Binders and Cover Accessories. 
  2. Click View Details against the specific product you wish to review and possibly add to your cart. 
  3. When in View Details mode you can specify Quantity (for covers also Spine Width and Colour where applicable).
  4. When happy with your selection/s - click button Add to Cart, the content of your cart will be displayed. In this window you can edit or delete cart items as you see fit. 
  5. At this point you can add other product items to your cart by repeating step 3 & 4 above, or proceed to checkout. You can always access your cart by pressing the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
  6. Depending if you are an existing Member or a Guest the checkout procedure differ slightly - but the objective is the same, we need your contact information so that we may contact you and provide you with a quote. Even when further into the actual checkout procedure you can go back and edit your cart.

Checkout procedure

  1. When on the checkout page called "Review Your Quote Request", if you click the Request Quote button you will be given a Quote Confirmation Number. Click Print Summary button if you wish to print a summarised list of the items in your cart. 

You should expect an immediate quote receipt confirmation by email, informing you that your request for quote has been received as well as the full details of your quote request. A Bindomatic representative will be in touch with you shortly.
