Perfect Bound On-line finishing with Bindomatic – the preferred finishing solution for the professional printing community

Using covers manufactured by Bindomatic that are pre-formed, stacked in cassettes and loaded in trays for automated binding, the Bindomatic On-line finishing solution enables the creation of Perfect Bound documents between 2-120 sheets (80GSM) at the rated speed of the connected printer. An interface module collates single sheets delivered from the printer into a set that is introduced to the binding machine and attached to the cover by energising the pre-formed glue strip inside the cover. The bound document is delivered to an output tray for continuous unload. Documents can be bound both On-line and Off-line. It has never been easier to create A Professional Impression®

BINDOMATIC 301DFS
Introduced in 2004, the Bindomatic/Coverbind 301DFS is an integrated On-line perfect bind accessory. The 301DFS is compatible via AIB (Accessory Interface Box) with the Nexpress & Danka Digimaster and Canon Image Runner product family (110, 125 & 150 ppm).

XEROX DB120-D
Bindomatic has an OEM co-operation with Xerox since 1990 and supplies an On-line connectable perfect binder since 1998. The current version (2nd generation) is called DB120-D and is compatible with the NUVERA PS120/144 and DocuColour family (DC2000F, 5252, 6060, 7000 & 8000).

Océ DFS10
Bindomatic also has an OEM co-operation with Océ since 2001. The binder is called DFS10 and is compatible with the VP2100, VP2105, VP2110, VP3070 VP3090 and the brand new Océ flagship as presented at IPEX 2006 - the VP6250!
